When you purchase a puppy or pet accessories from our website, you agree to the following terms: (I) you are responsible for reading the entire product description before committing to purchase; (II) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase a product when you commit to purchase it and complete the payment process.

The prices we charge for the use of our services/products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional pricing and sales tax information can be found on the checkout page.

Return and Refund Policy: For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original proof of purchase within 30 days from the date of purchase, and we will offer a refund based on the payment method original. Please note that some products are not eligible for returns, as indicated on our website.

Regarding pets, if the pet is healthy, if the buyer decides to return it for reasons such as rejection of other animals, children or any person who lives with the owner at home, impossibility on the part of the owner to care for the animal, etc. That is to say, any cause beyond the control of the pet itself, the buyer will not have the right to a refund of the amount paid, partial or total. If the pet needs attention from us and our guarantee covers it, it is the client's responsibility to get it to where we indicate, covering those expenses.

When you receive the puppy, it is your duty to fully inspect it and do any studies if you wish to cover the cost. Our warranty covers parvo virus and distemper. Any other illness that does not arrive with the puppy at the time of delivery is not covered. We provide a guarantee against genetic diseases for one year after the pet is delivered. If, while it is growing, it presents characteristics that are not those of the breed that has been sold to it, we can make a replacement as long as you return the puppy to us in perfect condition, only if it is before 2 months after being delivered, to relocate it with our breeders and another home. In that case, another puppy of the breed sold will be replaced in an estimated 30 days. No refunds are made for puppies delivered more than 2 days ago.

Shipping Policy

We deliver throughout the United States and other countries, we deliver the puppy in person.

​

​Deliveries to different cities in the country have a cost depending on the distance. To find out the shipping cost to your city, please contact us. You must verify the health of the puppy and its physical condition upon receiving it, this guarantees that it is completely healthy.

​

Health Guarantee.

​

Our health guarantee ensures you are covered for the most common viral diseases in pets, we insure against Distemper and Parvo Virus for 5 days and starts covering from the day of delivery. We give you a sales contract and health guarantee, electronically or printed, which details the care and conditions that you must take into account. We allow up to 30 days to observe the pet.

​

We are attentive to the health of the puppy during the warranty. In case of an emergency or any strange symptoms in the puppy, you must contact us to provide care and follow-up by bringing the pet to us. We do not make exchanges or returns for genetic conditions that are unknown to us, unless otherwise stated in writing. The cost of sending the pet to us must be covered by the client. Cachorros RD is not responsible for expenses incurred with the puppy if it is taken to a center that we do not authorize.
